Returns & Refunds

Most of our products are made especially for you when you place your order. Because we use a print-on-demand production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size or color selections.

That said, if there's something wrong with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at staceyalan38@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Once we've reviewed the information, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions on where and how to send it.

Size and Color Selection

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected at the time of purchase. Please review the sizing information provided on the product page before placing your order.

If you receive a size or color different from the one you ordered, please contact us. That's our mistake, not yours, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges because each product is produced specifically for the order placed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at staceyalan38@gmail.com.
